Job Title: General Manager
Employment Status: Full-Time

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

Requirements:

• Establishes home's goals and objectives in conjunction with the senior management team
• Management experience including hiring, coaching , performance management, daily operations supervision & discipline of team members
• Established success in managing operating expenses, quality assurance, financial management and regulatory compliance.
• Marketing and sales experience – an asset
• Ability to identify and build relationships within the local area that drives business into the community, as well as effectively price the product and maximize revenue
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours

Job Title:  Manager, Sales & Leasing
Employment Status: Full-Time
Location: McKellar Place -  Thunder Bay

An excellent opportunity for the right candidate. A background in housing sales for seniors, marketing procedures in a computerized environment and demonstrated organizational skills. The ability to be flexible.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Must have a background sales with demonstrated organizational skills.
• Must be knowledgeable on how to determine target markets, and customer needs.
• Must be capable of working with staff and residents of senior living complexes as well as with professional and family influencers of current and potential residents.
• Must be familiar with computers, assessment tools and data collection techniques.
• Must be a self-starter, creative and high energy individual.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with others is necessary. Willingness to travel is a necessity.
• Marketing & media planning – traditional & new. Understanding of media placement and negotiating techniques.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Direct sales are required
• Incorporate lead generation
• Community outreach & involvement
• Communicate with operations to determine priorities for respective projects
• Identify public relations opportunities; be responsible for internal communications to staff and external communications on behalf of the company.
