Celebrating 15 years of growth and success, RLC has been making a difference in the lives of
seniors and their families and is committed to delivering exemplary service with integrity,
dignity and compassion. Throughout Canada, we are advisors, operators and marketers who own and
manage high-quality, full-service independent living and congregate housing communities for seniors.
With time and experience, RLC developed menu-based service options, thus allowing residents to
evolve to higher care levels when and if necessary. This strategy has ensured that the long-term
tenure of our residents extends well beyond that of other retirement communities, which offer
limited facilities.
Every detail of our various communities, every communication that bears our name, must reflect the
level of respect we have for our residents and their families.
