"No lawn-cutting, no snow-blowing, and no stairs," says Joan Manley emphatically, when asked what attracted her and husband Murray to Palisade Gardens.

The gregarious couple currently have a townhouse in Cobourg, and are delighted that Palisade Gardens is not only close to the downtown shops and services they patronize, but will also have so may amenities -- such as doctor and a restaurant-like dining room -- right on site.

"I also really liked that, prior to construction, we were able to make changes to the floor plan of our new home so that it suits us," Murray adds.

The couple has reserved one of the penthouse suites on the top floor. "I’ve owned bungalows, townhouses, and a house on the lake," says Joan. "But I’ve never had a penthouse. This is going to be just lovely."

Proximity To downtown, plus Victoria Park and the Beach.
As I use a scooter the storage room for scooters accessible from the parking lot, wil be a huge asset.
The dining room with an outdoor patio will be available for residents at all times and a nice place to entertain guests.
The basic package is a nice advantage.
With so many activities and events available in the building many leisure hours will be enjoyed.
