With the first phase of this project now recently completed, 86 Munroe is a 31 unit affordable rental residence for seniors. It is located in the charming town of Cobourg, Ontario.

 

The second phase will bring a second complex with additional suites to suit the growing need in Northumberland County for rental accommodation for seniors seeking affordable options in the region.
